Cancellation policy:
10–20 Days before Dept: 50%of Total Invoice.
07–10 Days before Dept: 75% of Total Invoice.
Within 07 Days of Dept: 100% of Total Invoice.
Payment Terms:
50% of total Invoice amount/ INR portion (whichever is higher) at the time of Booking (Non –Refundable).
Balance payment 30 Days before dept.
Traveller Responsibilities:
Travel Documents: It is your responsibility to ensure you have valid travel documents, including passports, visas, and health certificates, as required by your destination country. Sparkle Holidays Pvt. Ltd. is not liable for issues arising from inadequate or invalid documents.
Health and Safety: You are responsible for your health and safety during your trip. Ensure you have the necessary vaccinations and follow any travel advisories.
Behaviour: You agree to conduct yourself in a respectful manner during your travel experience and to follow all rules and regulations of the destinations, airlines, and service providers.
Services:
Scope of Services: Sparkle Holidays Pvt. Ltd. offers various travel services, including but not limited to flights, accommodations, tours, transport, and travel insurance. These services are subject to the terms and conditions of third-party providers such as airlines, hotels, and tour operators.
Changes to Services: We reserve the right to modify or cancel any services or itineraries due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather, strikes, etc.). In such cases, we will notify you as soon as possible and provide alternative options or refunds.
Limitation of Liability: We are not liable for any delays, cancellations, injuries, losses, or damages that occur during your trip, including but not limited to issues caused by third-party providers or force majeure events.
