Original Passport :
- Passport should be valid minimum 6 months from the date of travel
Visa Application Form :
04 recent photographs :
- 35*50 mm size without border, White background, matt finish, 60% face image & 40% body coverage
- Photograph should not be more than 3 months old and should not be used in any of the previous visas
Last 06 months bank statement till date updated with bank seal and sign at every page
Company letterhead and visiting / NOC from Job for Employer
Marriage Certificate / Wedding Card for Honeymooners (Bride bank statement require separately)
NOC from parents with proof of signature for minor child traveling without parents on 50/100 RS. stamp paper
Confirmed Issued Return Air Ticket, side trip Confirm issued ticket
Id card / NOC/ Bonafide Certificate from school of children traveling along with parents
- NOTE:- FOR CHILDREN TRAVELLING WITHOUT PARENTS UNDER AGE OF 18 YEARS NEED TO PROVIDE NOC AFFIDAVIT ON 50 /100 RUPEES STAMP PAPER.
Normal Process Time : 05 to 06 working days after submission in consulate/embassy.
