Original Passport with old Passport :
- Note : Passport should be valid minimum 6 months from the date of travel. You need minimum one page in your passport that’s blank on back to back sides for your visa
04 recent photographs each :
02*02 inches size, white background, matt finish & 80% face image & not used in previous visa
Evidence of Sufficient Funds :
- Proof of Income like last 3 year IT Return or Form-16 Certificate
- Last 06 Months till date updated bank statement with sign & stamp of bank All page
- Company letterhead and visiting card
- Salary certificate
- Business registration proof
- N.O.C. Letter if salaried
- Hotel booking confirmation voucher directly from Japan in original
- Day to day Itinerary for the entire duration of stay
